Description: This course is an introduction to the ancient practice of Yoga. Through a series of gentle Yoga Poses, participants will experience a sense of well-being and relaxation.  Comfortable, form-fitting, but stretchy clothing is recommended.  Participants of all levels of health, mobility, and flexibility are encouraged to attend as Yoga Poses can be adapted for comfort.

She is a United States Navy Veteran, Montgomery native and owner of Candy Publishing, an Independent publishing company helping writers become published authors.  As a ghostwriter and author herself, LaVender believes everyone has a story to tell.  Her mantra is DON’T DIE WITH A BOOK IN YOU.  The Candy Publishing writing & Publishing Workshops are geared to inform, educate, and guide first-time authors on their publishing journey.
