Program: Elder Law Clinic

Presenters: Students and Professor, Jones School of Law

 

Summary: The Elder Law Clinic from Faulkner University (Jones School of Law) will be on-site for a Free Legal Clinic. Students and the professor from the law school will help seniors (60+) complete Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Directives (Living Wills).  These important documents state your wishes about your finances and medical choices.

Program: Yoga Class

Presenter: Susan Enzweiler, Certified Yoga Instructor

 

Summary: Through a series of gentle Yoga Poses, participants will experience a sense of well-being and relaxation.  Comfortable, form fitting, but stretchy clothing is recommended.  Participants of all levels of health, mobility, and flexibility are to attend as Yoga Poses can be adapted for comfort.
