Montgomery City-County Public Libraries to Serve as Sites in Scale Back Alabama

Ten locations of the Montgomery City-County Public Library will serve as weigh-in sites for Scale Back Alabama 2012:

Juliette Morgan – Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
E L Lowder, Rufus Lewis, Ramer – Saturday, Monday, Wednesday
Coliseum, Governor’s Square, Rosa Parks, Pintlala, Pike Road, Hampstead – Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday                                                                                  

Weigh-in begins 30 minutes after the library opens and ends 30 minutes before closing. Participants must form four member teams. During the ten week contest period, teams of four people each are tasked to lose ten pounds each (a total of forty pounds) to be considered for the incentives at the end of the contest. Each team that achieves its final goal is placed into a random drawing. Online registration is required at scalebackalabama.com.
